Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would suggest contacting Best Buy's Geek Squad. Their onsite service has given me excellent, professional, and friendly service. You mention that you have several Bluetooth speakers and headphones, on top of the many other Wi-Fi sourced items that have become commonplace in our homes. Bandwidth might be an issue. We do not have fiberoptic cable available in our area, so we're still on the older and slower wired system. A lack of bandwidth is always a problem. It might be a good idea to check and make sure that non-essential and unused Wi-Fi and Bluetooth items are turned off.
