First let me apologize for the inconvenience. I have attached information that will help provide direction. -We are pleased to announce a permanent fix for the 4K/120 & 8K issues we are currently seeing with certain 8K source devices. While this fix is not yet available, we will make it available at no cost to you very soon. Still waiting on my HDMI dongle from the company...only an approval email, no tracking or anything else indicating when I'll receive it. That being said, I have this hooked up from my series X to the 8K slot to my tv. the Xbox allows it to use 4K/120Hz. I'm not sure why it does it instead of forcing it to go to 4K/60Hz as it SHOULD have the chipset problem. When I do finally receive the dongle, I'll test it and see what differences it has. But for right now, my receiver works as advertised with my Series X...
