That’s the main reason I purchased it. I’m starting to lose the higher frequencies. I wasn’t getting the clarity I needed with my old entry level receiver and 5.1 speakers. My existing (old) center sounds clearer with the Denon, but I’m planning to upgrade the center and front soon as those are crucial for TV and movie dialog clarity. Ask your magnolia advisor to play the Denon AVR-X1600H with a Martin Logan center for you. Crystal clear. Pricey, but so worth it.
