That speaker set up will work just fine. Klipsch and Denon blend very well together. The AVR-X1600H is a 7.2 receiver and will handle your 7.2 speaker configuration. I would recommend configuring your speakers to a ATMOS 5.2.2 setup. Placing the in ceiling speakers towards the center of the room if possible.
