“My current AV Receiver has an AM/FM high resolution Tuner selection. If this unit doesn't have a Tuner, how do you listen to your favorite AM & FM radio stations? If via on-line streaming, how do you select stations?”

It has a built-in AM/FM tuner and I use that feature in addition to listening to music from CDs and internet music sources. On another note, went first hooking up this receiver it must be connected to a TV or other visual display unit in order to initialize set up. I told my salesperson that I was not going to use it as part of my TV system and he neglected to tell me that requirement. (Also, I do not have a small television to connect to.) I brought it back to Best Buy and another salesperson connected it to a TV on display and initialized the receiver. The second salesperson informed me that this was the case for every A/V receiver that they sell. In order to get a strictly audio receiver it would be a special order, if even available. Otherwise, the unit works as I need it to.
