“Before I purchased this AVR, I asked if it supported 1440p and Denon said yes. Now that I have it installed, my PS5 says 1440p is unsupported. Please advise. Thank you”

Hello. I can confirm the AVR-X1800H supports 1440p. I suggest checking the video output setting in your PS5 and the AVR-X1800H Receiver. The receiver's video out settings should be set to 8K Enhanced. Also, ensure you use an Ultra High-Speed HDMI cable from a reputable video cable manufacturer.
