To clarify, all of our 8K / HDMI 2.1 models are having an issue with one specific 4K/120 source device. All other 4K/120 and 8K source devices are passing those resolutions through the AVR properly. For the one 4K/120 source, we will have a solution coming very soon. Regarding some X6700Hs that used substitute capacitors, this was very early on in production. To find out if your unit has sub caps installed, please contact our Support team and provide them with your serial #. At this point now, any retailer should be selling X6700Hs with the original caps installed.
