“Denon promotes getting a free Heos 1 with the purchase of this unit. I bought one from best buy and Denon says to get the Heos from best buy. Has anyone gotten one?”

I purchased the Denon AVR-X4300H during Black Friday from Best Buy without receiving the the free Heos 1. However, I contacted Best Buy and told them about the free Heos 1 offer and they are now shipping me one. No problems at all.

When I picked up the receiver I did not receive the Heos 1, although I didn't realize it until I was home. Called the store and the person I spoke to looked up my order. He said they didn't have any in stock which is why I didn't get it with my pick up. He changed my order so that I would have it shipped to me via bestbuy.com and it arrived a few days later. Based on my experience my suggestion would be to call the store.
