You wont. I was tricked to subscribe too. Go to You Break, We Fix. I knew more then they did anyway.

This is very poor spelling folks. AND, I'm not waiting to HEAR from anyone as my issue was competently handled at my single trip to the Medford store.

Corrected issue in one call a couple weeks back

I do not think that you will. You will have to call them back and challenge them to resolve your issue(s)
