The printer I bought came with very poor set-up instructions. I had to contact product support and they charged me an extra $40 to get it working. Printer is working fine now but am disappointed in having to pay the extra charge even though I purchased the 3 year warranty. Likely not to buy here again.

Our almost new printer didn't automatically update drivers and even with Geek Squad support we had to pay additional for them to install the drivers. This should be something that we can do without extra fees. If is something we can do ourselves I feel that we should have been informed of how that is done.

spent almost 5 hours on trying to get new printer connected with no luck. Finally had to pay more to get it set up than I paid for the printer. Dd nor know it would be so complicated to set up a printer. Techs were all very accommodating and patient

Overall, after speaking to someone who knew what they were talking about, the experience was good to go. At first the person tried to tell me I had to pay more than what I was initially told. Once I got that straight, I spent too much time with the next person who was obviously inexperienced, because she/he kept asking me the same questions. The final tier fixed the issue in a snap.

the tech support was great, help me to stay safe on line by clearing up some computer issues i was having. so i was very happy with the service i received and i trusted them to access my computer remotely i will use them again. thank you

It’s all great if ur problem can b solved by a Level 1 agent. If not, that agent will enlist the aid of a Level 2 agent…but not before u pay them $39.99. I wonder what would’ve happened if the Level 2 agent was stumped!!?!

Got the job done! Couldn't figure out how to get my USB port working with my software and very fast with no more problems. Thank you!

Agent solved my printer problem and have had no issues since.

Worked with Greek Squad for 4 hrs over 2 days and had them come to the house. On site determined printer could not be repaired.

The Geek Squad is amazing. Anytime I have problem with my computer, they are available to assist me. It’s comforting to know that I can always depend on the Geek Squad for their support.

I was there to have my iPhone setup and data transfer. I was told this would cost $80. Before getting started the associate questioned the amount, and had to check with 2 other people. I’m pretty certain he was trying to charge me an additional amount. Then he went to charge my card without telling me what I would be paying. He also pushed for me to purchase a year subscription for Geek Squad service, even though I told him several times I wasn’t interested. This is all before he even began to work on my phone. He was not friendly and seemed annoyed. It’s pretty obvious that Best Buy in general doesn’t particularly like dealing with older customers, partially because they aren’t interested in buying multiple devices. It’s not the first time I’ve sensed this.

once I got a tech on the phone, which took about 30 minutes, they remotely fix my computer of all the issues I was having. I am very satisfied.

I had the most amazing experience with working on getting my printer set up. I had the best customer service I have ever had. The gentleman were so polite and bery patient with me. I would use this service over again

All information given was accurate and easy to understand. The technician was polite and patient. The problem was solved satisfactorily.

They connected my two pc's so i could control one from the other over wifi but couldn't get the ethernet connection to work.

I cant print from my phone. The old printer is still coming up

New printer went off online and off of my network. Geek lady did not get my computer back online and in network. Stated it was made for 2.4 ghz and I was on 5 ghz. Stated to return printer and upgrade to 5 ghz printer. She did not correct my problem. Called internet carrier and they got me back working finr.

Should not have had to pay at appointment booking, forgot to ask for reimbursement
