    Idept at handling even minor phone transfer

    A complete disgrace. Initially started well until I was made to wait two hours before the agent remembered she never switched my SIM card from the old home to new one which caused me additional hou wait and my phone still doesn't work. I'm disgusted with Best Buy and the Geek Squad and I am back to using my old phone. New one won't work. Might return new phone. Unacceptable!

    I need to call them back again to finish the setup with new monitor. Now we have the old & new but if something happens on the older one will stop all together both. Plus really concern that missing documents, pictures and micro edge. This took time with Jon was a good attitude but need a new pro tech.

    Appears this set up was farmed out to a non-Best Buy company. The never notified us that morning when to expect them. Prior appointments with Geek Squad would always advised so you didn't have to sit and wait forever between 7a- 1pm. Dish was there to upgrade box so he went ahead and installed tv. So cancelled your guys when they finally called. Did have old tv picked up but that was by an even different company. Would only recommend actual Geek Squad service.

    This has been the WORST purchasing experience I've EVER had! I've shopped at Best Buy for decades and never really had any real issues, but getting someone from the Geek Squad to install and assure the TV I purchase works has been impossible. So far we have had FOUR different teams at my house and even purchased their Technical service, and still no working service has been provided. We have to wait ANOTHER week with apparently faulty service/product. This is not your finest hour!

    Spent hours remotely with the agent trying to connect my printer to 5G wifi and finally told me it could not be done, to buy a new printer that was compatible. Was told that if they could not resolve the problem remotely, my money would be refunded. Spent 5 days calling, waiting and literally being transferred from one department to the next, waiting for hours, only to be told each time that it was the wrong department and they could not refund me. Nowhere on the website does it give a number to call for the refund. By phone nobody knew either. This is hard to believe!

    Upset that the technician could not get my new printer set up, nor fix the Printer Invalid ID 169.254.158.12 which I believe is what is causing my issues.

    I'm very disappointed in the service I received. I called about setting my printer up. It's been 4 days and I still can't use my printer. There was a language barrier because all the reps are outside of the US. I work from home and I really need my printer. This is the 2nd experience with this horrible customer service from the Geek Squad.

    So instead of sending me an email as promised to help with tech support, they disconnected the chat, did nothing for me, and took credit for it. What a waste of money.
