“Mac compatible? I'm running OS X 10.7.5 on a Mac Pro computer. Bought an M-Audio card on Ebay but it didn't fit in the PCI slots in my Mac. Your card doesn't have the same pin slot configuration - the front portion of the card I got is what wouldn't fit so perhaps this one will fit. I am running an Intel Mac so hopefully that will help. • If m audio didn't fit I don't see why this would. But installing PCI can be tricky for people. Maybe it was just difficult to snap in?

• You may have to use a low-profile sound card. Depending on if it is a slim profile or standard PCI slot will be the deciding factor on which will work properly. It sounds as if the previous one you purchased was too large. If this is correct, you need a slim.
