- Answer It's probably broke I had it a year and it did the same it pops on a 1hr later then goes black again. it's not the screen it's the tablet itself. bummer I know I wish I got the warranty but it probably would of broke again a year later

QuestionWhen I go to play a movie on netflix, Hulu or Disney+ the screen goes black but you can hear the sound of the movie. Everything else works, even the main screen of the apps. Just goes black when the movie starts. What can I do?

- Answer After a month, I am guessing you figured this out but just in case. The timeout is set for very short time. Go into your settings and change it for a longer period.

- Answer I recommend taking it to a computer repair place such as pc fix it. People also set up kiosks at malls that can repair cracked screens and such. Otherwise, you can simply google how to do it yourself, then purchase the needed supplies and hope you don't screw up. These tablets are picky!

QuestionWe are using this tablet as an alarm panel. It is plugged in for power. Is there a way that set it up so that it comes out of sleep mode when there is motion in front of it? Also the vice versa, sleep mode when no motion for 3 mintutes.

QuestionI loaned this tablet to someone who sadly passed away. Her family returned the tablet w/o the charger, and I hate to bother them about it. Remind me what the charger looks like? Just a normal micro usb w/ adaptor? Safe to charge w/ Kindle charger?
