Hi Ramesh! Unfortunately all of our models are made for the standard 120v outlets only. They cannot be used in a 220v outlet. We do not suggest using a converter as this can cause damage to both the outlet and the machine. Hope this helps! -Karissa, Dirt Devil Customer Care
