“I have several Black & Decker tools with a 24 volt battery. Any chance the B&D battery would work here. It would greatly extend the run time.”

• This does not have this type of battery. B&D products use batteries specifically designed for B&D tools. This Dirt Devil is supposed to have a replaceable battery but it is not a plug-in style cartridge battery. The vacuum must be disassembled in order to get at the battery.
