No. They say they are and BB employees say they are. THEY ARE NOT. I had them 3x. Young fellows who say "yes, I am a plumber". When you press them about their education, apprenticeship training and MN PLUMBING LISC. they fess up...... their line is "we are licensed by our company". There is no such thing as being licensed by a company .......UNREAL

Applicable to the what fuel type and Appliance are being Installed. They are not plumbers or electricians OR WORK FOR THE GAS COMPANY. They are just connect the dots of simple Connections People. Never allow no one but a Professional Licensed Bonded in writing person do any work. It’s like the FRAM commercial You Can Pay Me Now or Pay Me Later. IF it Isn’t A Geek Squad Member in BEST BUY CLOTHS. CALL THEM OR SEND THEM BACK. NO EXCEPTIONS.
