• Once you purchase the drone, you must deal with DJI directly. Best Buy doesn't handle warranty service or offer extended warranty. I bought the DJI extended warranty right after I set it up.

• Geek Squad Protection plans are not available for drone purchases. However, DJI offers Care Refresh which offers full accident protection in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.

• If you buy extend warranty at best buy.. you don’t have to worry.. best buy will take care of it.. but the manufacturer warranty you can call best buy first then they will give you instruction. don’t worry best buy is a good and large company..
