• Yes, by law you aren’t allowed to go over 400 feet without special permission.

• The answer is yes you can! When you get a drone I highly recommend going to the FAA.Gov and seeing if fall into the hobby category! Mine weighed enough where I had to register it

• It is unlawful to fly above 400 ft in US, you will get in trouble if you cause some trouble or get caught. You can fly up to 16000+ ft when the local law permitted based on the drone's specification.
