How far and how high can this drone fly? null

Check gas restrictions within your area with the FAA (whom own the airspace, not anyone else). If you don’t have a part 107 UAV license, you can only go up to 400ft and out as far as you can see. Once the drone is out of sight, you should make sure to correct the flight and come back within sight.

Depends on where you fly it. If trees are in the way I’d say it can go about a quarter mile away, but if nothing is in the way they advertise up to 5 miles. In the salt flats I was well over a mile away with full signal. It maxes out at 1625 feet, but warns you around 400 feet that you need to watch out for aircrafts.
