Depends on what type of phone you have. In most cases, if the file is big, your phone will reduce the quality. I have noticed inter-platform Apple transfers i.e. iPhone to iPhone doesn’t but iPhone to android and vice versa definitely reduces the quality. I would recommend using some cloud platform and sharing links to the file in your cloud storage. Also, look at mavic forums like mavic pilots for further info
