• I believe that you can. Here is a lot of video in YouTube from there. Drone app will warn you if you are flying in restricted areas.

• Not without restrictions and it depends on the country and region you are flying at.

• Google your local drone restrictions. In Canada this drone doesn’t require a training or license due to its weight.
