No, ND filters are not included, but there are many manufacturers who provide ND filters specifically for the Mini 3 Pro. Suggestion: Get ND filters w/o polarization. Not every flight will need polarization, but reducing the sun's brightness is necessary in order to reduce the shutter speed so as not to have jerkiness from a fast shutter speed in your clips.
