A:AnswerYes the Mini 4 has Brushless motors that are the most silent of the Mini lineup. It's the same motors as the Mini 3 but it's the propeller design that makes it more silent. I crashed mine into a pine tree and replaced one arm myself. You can too if you own a soldering iron and have even Beginner skills like me.

You can fly the drone up to 120m or 400 feet in most areas but its important to check your local laws and regulations where you fly before you do. Distance from operator is limited due to visual line of sight. must be able to see your drone at all times.
