Please note that while DJI Mini SE is compatible with the Mavic Mini’s battery, the power will decrease, and the total weight will exceed 250 g, requiring registration in some countries and regions. QuestionDo I get a notification/warning when the drone is about to die or does it just randomly die mid-air? I assume something would tell me the battery left or when it is about to die but I don't know. Can I set it up so I can see it on my phone live?

- Answer Hi there, there is a smart low battery warning feature. The minimum battery level required for the aircraft to return to the Home Point is automatically based on the aircraft’s current altitude and distance from the Home Point. After the threshold is reached, the aircraft will give a warning, reminding the user to return their aircraft to the Home Point promptly. At this point, you can either cancel the warning or return your aircraft to the Home Point.

- Answer I’m not sure if this answers your question or not, but you do not need to be connected to WiFi on your phone to use the drone. I’ve taken mine out a few times where I had no cell service at all and didn’t have any problems taking off, flying, using the return to home option or landing! Hope this helps!
