• As of now, no as per the official doc: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/DJI_OM_5/DJI_OM_5_Mobile_Phone_Compatibility_List_en.pdf However, being the latest version, I can't see DJI not supporting it soon.

• The DJI web site specifcially says the OM5 is NOT officially compatible with the iPhone 13 series.

• Yes. You need to remove the phone from any case that you are using with the phone. My guess is that at some DJI will sell a clamp that will fit thicker phones.
