• This is an editing question which really has nothing to do with the device, but any reasonable editing software can combine clips.

• Getting footage off of the device is a nightmare. You have to break your clips down into very small bites on the software on your phone, then export it using twitter, facebook, or dropbox. This is not the device you are looking for...
