Yes, this will work with Samsung Note 9 and Note 10 plus.

I’m currently using an iPhone 11 pro Max and works perfect and my wife has a Samsung s8 and works great too, so I’m guessing that it should work with any android.

They will balance but just barely. You have to be very careful or the gimbal will lose balance and shut down in safe mode to avoid damage. I used it with a Note 9. You cannot put anything on the phone, no lenses, no microphone, nothing because it will push the weight over the limit and DJI has not developed a counterweight system for this gimbal even though is comes tapped for one already.
