- Answer There is no attachment to the Osmo for a microphone, but if it attaches to your phone there is no reason that it could not be used. The video and audio are both captured by the phone, not the Osmo.

- Answer I believe you can you would need to hold it like a motorcycle handlebar instead of a flashlight. With the handle parallel to your body.

- Answer I have used it with both Samsung S7 Edge S10e and my S10 Note Plus. The S10 Note Plus is at the top end of the capacity for the Osmo. I believe your S8 would be fine.

- Answer No, as of now the active track software only works from within the DJI Mimo application. You may be able to have facetime and Mimo both open, lock on with the Mimo app, then switch back to Facetime. That being said, not really made for use outside of Mimo software (app)
