Unfortunately, you will have to remove the case in order for your phone to fit properly in the osmo mobile. I ended up buying a very thin case that works with the gimbal, but an otter box defender would be way too big. Hope this helps!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Otter box cases are pretty hefty, so i don't think it will fit.. My Iphone 6s Plus fits without a case on. There are grooves that hold your phone in that you have to consider too. Take a look at the pic, this is with the OSMO open to its widest. Not a ton of extra room there.
