“Does it make a shutter sound when taking pics? If so, can it be disabled/deactivated? A competitor's software product makes the shutter sound, even if you have it disabled on your phone, and when contacted they said it can't be disabled.”

My Note 8 is not making any noises. Although I do have it disabled in the phone's main settings.

Please try again later.Hey there, I couldn't find any options to turn it on or off within the DJI GO app.. however, I was able to turn the sound off on my phone and there was no shutter sound when taking photos. By muting the phone it will remove the shutter sound, now this may not work for you if you need your phone sounds on while recording, but it might work for ya if that is not an issue.
