While you're waiting for BBY to stock the P4P+ think about it.
Its only 5.5" not 8" or larger like tablet could be.
It's Android based. Not necessarily bad but ...
At this time you cannot load 3rd party apps such as the popular Litchi app.
If you break it you have to send the controller in for repair. So no flying for you until it comes back.
As the technology improves you cannot upgrade, it's hard wired to the controller.
Its a 5.5" screen. Would you buy a tablet with a 5.5" screen for $300?
With all the information that appears on the screen with a P4P that 5.5" screen is going to look kind of crowded.
Not a good thing if you do not have small hands/fingers.
Early adopters have reported some problems, you would do well to fully investigate this product apart from the spiffy commercials. Just to know you're making an informed decision with your $2000.
On the plus side:
Super bright screen
Can add more storage via micro SD card
Fan to help it keep cooler on hot summer days
And more great features, but it's only a 5.5" screen.

Sometimes, 5 1/2 inches is too small for what you are doing. Allowing you to choose your screen size keeps the price down and allows you to choose from a phone size, to an iPad Mini, to a standard size iPad, to a 12" iPad Pro....or if you are an android user that works too. Just download the app.

To go along with the 5.5" is too small theme, you can buy an NVIDIA SHIELD K1 for ~$200 and its 8", can take more memory via SD card just like the 5.5" DJI tablet on the P4P+ that costs $300 more than the P4P they sell at BestBuy.
