if you look on the the manufacture website of any drone they will give you the recommended phone that will typically work for your drone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Depending on the Drone you should be able to, however there are some that are just not compatible. I used a Galaxy S6 on my Phantom 3 and it worked just fine, i would check the spec from the manufacture website prior to purchase
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Phantom 4 Professional is the most sophisticated consumer level drone on the market. In order to function as the manufacturers intended, it is ABSOLUTELY necessary that you use a high-end tablet. The engineers at DJI test all of their equipment using the Apple iPad Mini 4. If you want perfection from this drone, don't cheap out on the tablet. The processors on average tablets and phones are, well, garbage. Given the processing power needed to operate the Phantom 4 Pro, I recommend using ONLY the Apple iPad Mini 4. It may cost $400, but it turns your drone into a cinematography powerhouse.
