Is it compatible with the Sony alpha 5100? null

We are sorry it's not compatible with Sony alpha 5100. If you want to use the stabilization feature then RS 3 mini can work well with Sony alpha 5100, you just need to make sure that the camera+lens doesn't exceed 2kg. But RS 3 mini can't use the camera control cable to control Sony alpha 5100 to take photos or videos.
