buying a visor mount bluetooth looking for automobile (visor mounted) bluetooth that can answer and make calls. What words do I look for when searching that indicate the unit can call out as well as receive calls.

You still have to either dial the phone number in or use Siri to make outgoing calls. However, you just need to push the button on the device to connect to an incoming call or disconnect when you are finished.

Look at the Motorola Roadster 2 Speakerphone. I bought this at Best Buy after my old one quit working. Thank goodness it did because I'm very pleased with this bluetooth speaker phone. It does answer calls and you can place calls thru it with voice commands. It even "answered" a text message that came in ! It gave us the option to have it "read" to us or to ignore. Very cool!
