• Amps time volts will give you the wattage it will take to run the item Example 10 amps times 120 volts =1200 watts Pretty easy right

• The smallest waffle iron draws a little over 4 amps generally speaking. So if you use the equation to determine watts (amps x volts = watts) then the waffle iron will need a minimum of 480 watts. So the answer is no it want run an waffle iron. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
