QuestionCan the air hose on the Powerpack Pro 1100 be replaced? Mine developed a hole after winding and unwinding several times on the machine. The clamp on the end of the air hose no longer attaches properly to a tire valve stem.

- Answer Do not buy this product, I have the same problem, call their tech support and was told the air hose cannot be replaced. Duracell fail big time for such expensive item.

QuestionMy unit is fine. The tire pump assembly fell apart and I don’t know how to put it back! Is there a diagram how to put it back together? I just don’t remember how it is assembled. This is the unit where you pump the tire valve.

- Answer The Duracell PowerPack Pro 1100 has a 12Ah battery. To get a 2 hour run time from this item, you cannot draw more than 20 watts.

- Answer https://www.duracellpower.com/products/duracell-300-watt-powerpack-pro I wouldn't buy this. It has lead acid battery. All the products of this type have lithium batteries inside. Also, the AC output on this Duracell is modified sine wave. Our household electrical outlets provide pure sine wave. Some equipment won't work or work poorly with modified sine wave. Give this Duracell a pass.

- Answer Absolutely NOT. This is a very weak lead acid battery. EV cars have a much higher requirement.

QuestionWill this Powerpack Pro be able to inflate Pickup Truck Tires? Also do you have to preset the pressure for inflation? Will it auto shut off when pressure requested is reached? Also how long is the manufacture warranty?

- Answer Its roughly 1psi per minute that it can pump in with its battery fully charged. It states if you reach 10mns, stop the machine and let it cool down, then continue. You have to keep an eye on it, there is a built in pressure gauge on the machine, you have to manually stop it when needed.

- Answer Duracell Powerpack Pro 1100 battery failure: While contacting the manufacturer about a replacement battery I received no help! My charger barely lasted 2 years and was well taken care of. In an email response first, I received the care instructions. What? The battery would not take a charge and they were told this. With a following phone call to customer service, I was given a different link for replacement batteries, which was a subsidiary of Duracell. When I contacted them, I was told the was no replacement battery for this charger and I was $%^% out of luck! Duracell fails and I recommend to not do business with them!

QuestionIs it ok to leave it plugged into an AC outlet all the time so that it's always ready, or will it get overcharged? Does it "float" like a battery tender, keeping it charged to the right voltage, or will it kill the battery?
