Probably best to unplug when full, and if you havent used it in a few days, plug the charging cord back in to keep it fully charged. Most likely in a few days of not charging and not using it, it drains about 1% only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No to AC as I believe it uses DC. So if its like any other radar detector I've used or seen when it receives power it turns on. So it will keep pulling power from the source. Now I'm not sure of the draw but I assume it will drain the battery as it more than likely uses more power than a interior light.
