"TV" is subjective. It is a large Android tablet with some OS limitations. It ships with some TV apps, and others may be available through the Google Play store, if you can access it. It has ports on the back that you could use to attach it to other devices (say a Blueray player, console, computer, or the like). You can also wirelessly screencast to it. As far as I have been able to tell it does not have a television tuner or a radio that can pick up broadcast television stations.
