    I got this for my mom. Unfortunately, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and she couldn’t be moving too much around as it has progressive and this device. It was a life changing that it really made a big difference. My mom. She could’ve been in the room watching her movies. It was a game changer through different type of apps, for example Disney max, etc. and I am very pleased. I give it five stars even if I don’t win this competition. I’m already a winner because my mother has the smile on her face and that melts my heart. I appreciate thank you so much.

    Dead On Arrival!!!! Cheap LG Knock OFF!!

    I really wanted this to work, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment right out of the box. It arrived DOA (dead on arrival), and after hours of troubleshooting and an unhelpful call to Dura support, I had no choice but to return it to Best Buy. On paper, it’s such a great idea! I own five LG Stand By Me units, and while they’re a hassle to travel with due to needing a giant box, they perform well. The DuraPro’s promise of portability and breaking down into a travel case was what sold me. But the execution fell short. Compared to the LG, the DuraPro feels like a cheap knockoff—too many screws, too many parts to plug in, and overall not the quality I expected. If you value your time and money, I’d recommend sticking with the LG. It may not be as travel-friendly, but it’s reliable and far superior in quality.

    Bought this to move in and outdoors for video watching. Love the sound and size of the display. It’s not super clear for outdoor viewing during the day but works for nighttime or music listening. Love this product! Love that it’s a touchscreen. Very substantial setup and easy instructions. Moves up and down and remote pairing was easy.

    I will return Item after Christmas the remote does not work I thought maybe it was the batteries. That was not the problem. When list I g to audio for a long period of time you start hearing static. I really like the large screen and stand. I hope I can get another one

    Bought this for my wife’s office. It does everything, AirPlay, video conferencing with built in camera. All the apps, Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV. Sounds great and has a built in battery that charges and last about 4hrs of consistent use. Has Bluetooth remote and is touchscreen!

    ITS A GREAT TOY TO HAVE JUST UPSETS ME I had to return mine to the Best Buy because I couldn’t get through a whole movie without it either freezing or the volume is really static not to mention I get to Best Buy only for them to tell me that they will mail me my money back and it would be in a check in the camera is very crappy like an android

    Absolutely 100% satisfied with this product! We were in the market for a device to interactively plan and maintain a family calendar, and our requirements included a touch screen much larger than a 13" iPad Pro, so it could be displayed prominently and the family would be excited to use it. The DURAGO was advertised as a portable TV, but it certainly delivers so much more than that! Google Calendars, ToDo Lists, and all the Apps on the Google Play store. We are still finding more and more use cases as we get used to the Android OS. It's not quite as snappy as an iPad, but we're hoping its CPU processing power will stand the test of time!

    The DuraPro 32 inch rollable seems to be a fine product which as I told the store manager would sell like crazy if they had one on display. Another overpriced electronics toy, but that's what sells. Right? Not being tech or android savvy, it was and continues to be an absolute nightmare to set up and use. On line tech support typically inadequate. No human to talk to.

    I really wanted to like the Duraprp Durago Portable TV, but it was such a letdown. Right out of the box, it felt like way too many wires and connections just to get it going. The first one I got didn’t even work, so I went through the hassle of returning it and setting up a replacement—only for that one to be defective too! After all that, I finally gave up and bought the LG Stand By Me, which has been perfect. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money on this one.

    The concept is good, but 9 months after purchasing, the remote control stopped functioning. Now we have to use a wireless mouse. Another issue that I have is that for the price you pay for the TV, they only give you a 90-day warranty.

    i feel really bad for this product because it would have been the perfect size for what we need. the clarity of the screen is amazing as well but there were more negative issues than advantages in keeping this item. so we ended up returning it. the remote buttons only work for certain apps, especially when the screen is in landscape position. the sound quality was acceptable but then would every now and then be choppy and garbled.

    I bought 4 of these for my organization and one of the four arrived dead. Best Buy was great and got me a replacement, but another one had the power supply die a few months into it's use. The company said I would need to pay for a new power supply as it was out of warranty (I believe we got two months use out of it before it died and by the time I went back and forth with support questions, it was past the warranty period). Can't recommend. A company that can't stand behind their product enough to replace one of the cheapest, most vital components after just a few months is not to be be trusted

    I used this device a handful of times and the battery level indicator started not filling up completely no matter how long it was charging. I opened a support case while I was still into one year warranty and they wanted to charge me $250+ to ship a new base because they said it's out of the 90 day parts and labor warranty.. Now only three of the five LED battery level indicators turn on... Totally ridiculous. The price I paid for this you think they would cover it better. DO NOT BUY
