I bought 4 of these for my organization and one of the four arrived dead. Best Buy was great and got me a replacement, but another one had the power supply die a few months into it's use. The company said I would need to pay for a new power supply as it was out of warranty (I believe we got two months use out of it before it died and by the time I went back and forth with support questions, it was past the warranty period). Can't recommend. A company that can't stand behind their product enough to replace one of the cheapest, most vital components after just a few months is not to be be trusted

Had problems with the remote control. It seems to work when it is re-enaged with the internet. Good thing was getting the help from the Geek Squad (Dante) at Best Buy. Otherwise it would still be a concern. Otherwise, we like it alot.

I used this device a handful of times and the battery level indicator started not filling up completely no matter how long it was charging. I opened a support case while I was still into one year warranty and they wanted to charge me $250+ to ship a new base because they said it's out of the 90 day parts and labor warranty.. Now only three of the five LED battery level indicators turn on... Totally ridiculous. The price I paid for this you think they would cover it better. DO NOT BUY

I had this for only 2 months if that,and its been freezing up watching movies ect and the power bottom won't turn on when you press it to turn on. It only charge but the screen won't turn on.The remote control never works. So much money wasted.

The charging prong is broken off the back of the monitor only after a week of use! Niw have to take it back. Poor set up cord not that long

Do not buy this. It’s a glorified tablet on wheels. The remote didn’t work. The screen would turn on for one second before turning off. Troubleshooted to where it would turn on only when not plugged in. Playing videos or using any app would freeze the tablet. What’s the point if it can’t even handle YouTube videos. Returned to Best Buy the next day. Save your time and money

purchased the DuraPro 32" Rollable Smart Touch Screen TV in February 2024, expecting it to be a convenient, modern smart device. Unfortunately, the touchscreen never worked properly—it's completely unresponsive from day one. I tried restarting, unplugging, and even factory resetting, but nothing helped.
To make matters worse, it's now past the standard return window, and there's no clear support from the manufacturer or Best Buy. I feel like I wasted money on a product that doesn’t even meet its basic functionality.
Avoid this model unless you want a TV that promises touch functionality but delivers nothing. Very disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service.

Best design I’ve ever seen but the display is completely teash ( you can literally see the pixels) worst 1080p one and the OS android 13 is a complete disgeace sooo laggy and freeze every time. If you try to play a youtube video over 720p it will lag badly.
