• I do not see a voltage switch on the unit, and it comes with a standard US electrical plug. Maybe a different model number would work for you, I am not sure beyond that.

• You ask a silly question. Watts equals volts times amps. (Volts multiplied by Amps equals watts) 110 and 220 refers to volts. I ave no idea weather the thing works on 220 volts, most likely not, unless it says so.. Mine works on 110v. You can get an adaptor so I don't really get your problem...
