Will this work there or will it damage the hard drive since its 220V in Norway as opposed to 160v? If yes, I need to buy three.”

With the Lacie drive, yes it will work for it in Norway because the drive is dual Voltage. It will work with both 120 and 240 V. I can't make any guarantees on other drives without knowing the particular specs for them.
