No, this adapter/converter is to be used to adapt 110V devices to 220V outlets. If your lamp is dual voltage capable, you may be able to find an adapter to adapt the plug type to the US style. If your lamp requires 220V you will not be able to use it as no converter will be able to double the voltage.
