• I can't answer definitively, but I would think that since these devices get their power directly from house current, use of one USB port would not deny any power to the other.

• Dynex has stated in a reply in another post that each port is 1.2A for a total of 2.4A. This is beyond confusing.

• I would say yes. I have not hooked up LED light's however I have charge USB-C devices and well as USB micro Tablets, Cell phones, GoPro's. This works fine with these.
