Q: QuestionQuit working after second chargeI've charged this over night and now when I plug my phone in to it nothing happens. Blue light was on when I unplugged it from outlet but it will not charge my phone anymore. Any trouble shooting tips????

Q: QuestionThe DX 2602 charged my phone great. How do I determine how much, if any charge is left in the unit?My reason for asking is that if the unit is not fully discharged after use I am afraid it will develop a memory and will only recharge to a point that is left in it after use. There are no indicators lit when it is not in use (charging or being recharged)., or should I go ahead and recharge the unit after each use?

Q: QuestionWhy are instructions not included?Dynex, why are instructions not included? Had to go to this Q&A to find out how the unit works! Would of been so much easier if a little piece of paper with instructions had been included. Who made the decision not to included instructions?

• A:Answer I am a senior citizen, and I am usually lost in this world of electronic gadgets. My grandkids have to explain things about my cel phone, computer, etc... and I was able to figure out how to use the Dynex charger with absolutely no problem.

Q: QuestionHow long does the charger last ?I'd to buy it to use in an international flight (which is about 15 hours). How many times can I use the charger ? I have no idea about the 2000mA hours as the description said but I assume the charger doesn't last long. Maybe after one or two times charging it will run out the "energy".
