“Code 10 - Windows 10 Receiving a Code 10 error from windows 10 stating that the device cannot start. It does not matter what USB I connect to on my laptop. All drivers are up to date and the system has been rebooted. Tried 2 different USB cords and no luck. Thoughts.”
