• Yes, small but adequately visible RED LEDs to show which input is selected. I added labels on the HDMI cable plugs so selection clear.

• Yes, there are RED LEDs to indicate which input is selected. These are very clear, ans I labeled the HDMI plugs to clearly state which source is selected.

• In my case, on my new Samsung 4K smart TV, the volume control on that remote, when pressed, will show "audio optical output", with no control of volume (must now be done through my sound system).
