“my new fire stick will not come up when i connect it to my hdmi port on my tv. i have checked my wifi and everything else and it is all good i even put my fire stick on another tv and it worked. is there anything that i can do?”

Try another port. If if stick works on another tv, it’s possible that your tv has a port that’s out.
