“I only have 1 HDMI port on the back of my Sony but it's hooked up to my Apple T V box and I need to hook up the Xfinity TV box will this help me?”

• It's a basic coaxial cable splitter/connector. If you're using coaxial cable, it will work. It doesn't work with HDMI cables.

• Yes, this will work with Apple TV and Xfinity. However you may have an issue with the auto port switch unless you turn off the cable box. You may need to push the switch button to move from cable box to Apple TV. Auto switch works correctly when it detects only 1 active input.

• It appears to work for and with complete supplemental appliances, such as cable, antenna, satellite receiver boxes, dvd players. Simple dongles as ROKU, Chromecast, FIRE TV sticks will not adequately respond to that hub connection.

• Buy a splitter, you can choose 2-4 or more ports to hook many items up. We hooked up 2 TV's and a DVD-Works great and was simple to do. Don't forget the extra cables you will need.
