“Does this switch work with computers or just TVs? I want to use this device to mainly support my home desktop computer (via input 1) but occasionally hookup/switch to my work laptop (via input 2) when I need a bigger screen (output).”

• It's a basic coaxial cable splitter/connector. If you're using coaxial cable, it will work. It doesn't matter what components you're working with.

• both, as long as it has an HDMI port, it will always work

• This will work with any if your just trying to pass through. You may have problems if you need an ARC or audio return form this. I don't believe it works that way.
